HONG KONG – The 13th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, the largest arms show in the nation, kicked off Tuesday in Zhuhai, Guangdong province.
More than 700 enterprises from nearly 40 countries and regions have registered to participate in the biennial event, according to the air show's organizing committee.

Flying displays by the Bayi Aerobatics Team of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force and the Red Eagle Aerobatic Team of the PLA Air Force Aviation University wowed the audience on the show's opening day.
Another highlight of the event was the debut of the PLA Air Force's J-16D electronic warfare version of the J-16 fighter jet.
Other top hardware of the Air Force featured at the event included the J-20 stealth fighter jet and H-6K long-range bomber.
